175g greek yoghurt
60g cocoa powder (or hot chocolate powder)
1tsp vanilla extract
4 egg whites
200g self-raising flour (wholemeal if poss)
1/2 tsp salt
50g chopped walnuts
preheat oven at 175 degrees or gas mark 4.
mix ingredients into a bowl in order
put in a cake tin
bake for 15-20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when poked in
leave to cool in tin
slice into chunks

ps, this makes them quite cakey, if you like them more fudgy then reduce the flour to about 175g.
pps. this makes LOADS, I did half that then frozen the ones I didn’t wanna eat tonight for other nights.
ppps. add raspberries in too for some extra health, reduce honey by half every gram you add in raspberries. Ie. 100g raspberries reduces honey by 50g etc.
